  Everything was as expected. However, upon my checking the sheets were dirty with what looked like blood and sauce? Do better!

  My go-to in London, every time. Rooms are always clean, bug-free, beds are fresh and clean. Gym is great, and the included breakfast is incredible - constantly refilled. So peaceful on weekdays!

  Me and my mom decided to book this hotel weeks before we had our 2-day trip to Canada, and my experience here was mediocre, however, I do want to give out a compliment on how I didn't get any bed bug bites, plus how the staff there were kind, and also the breakfast they had. So I had some enjoyment here.

  Hallways were smelling a little funky. One light didn’t work in our room near bed. Other than that, it’s not a bad hotel.
