  Terrible counter person with serious issues that should not be anywhere near the general public. Even the assistant manager could not stop his ranting and raving. Made guest feel very concerned and uncomfortable. Still waiting for hotel manager to return my request for a call back. Total craziness I have never encountered before. Seriously beware of this place

  I actually booked on the spot in the early hours of the morning. I got a room straight away, the price was within budget and the main guy at the desk was amazing!!! Great location

  Insgesamt hat alles gepasst. Wir hatten 2 große Doppelzimmer für 2 Nächte. Merkwürdigerweise wurde aber nur in einem der Zimmer die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher erneuert. Frühstück für Europäer in der Zusammenstellung merkwürdig, aber ok. Über die Pappteller und das Plastikgeschirr beim Frühstück sollte man aber mal nachdenken.

  After just arriving home from a 7 hour road trip( lunch stop included) , I have to take time to say thank you to the staff at this Best Western. All were very friendly and helpful when asked. The mornings started with a fresh hot coffee and delicious hot breakfast in a clean relaxing atmosphere! Sure, there were lots of people, but that is because this location must have put the buzz out about there Excellent, Clean and Inviting rooms!. Ours was a King, with features for disabled folks like me. I became disabled two years ago, but I wasn't about to let that stop me from going north to one of our favourite locales, and Algonquin Provincial Park for some good times too! After a long day in the park, or on the road to North Bay and back for a day trip, BW wasa joy to return back to, and crawl into an awesome King bed after a nice hot roll-in shower. Thanks BW! We'll be returning !

  Budget hotel, so manage your expectations. Staff could be friendlier or look like they want to be there. Location is a bit out of the way, you need to drive to anything else. It’s approx 50 minutes to walk to the local town. Rooms are functional but tired. Shower pressure is extremely hard and aggressive. Free parking and complimentary breakfast.
