  Pros: - clean, spacious room with great countertop space in washroom - smooth & friendly check-in - good breakfast area Con: - air-con filter in closet is FILTHY!!!!! which triggered my husband's allergy :-( overall a good stay.

  Hotel is run down, bathrooms have loose paint and caulking filling holes along bathroom floors. AC and Heat thermostat look to be from the 80’s and the noise is like hearing a jet pass over head. Breakfast was okay, pool not used seemed decent. Mattresses were warn with sunken areas. Not great to sleep on. Fitness room is horrible with no dumbbells and an ancient cable machine that had 3-4 exercises that required adjustment to bench and bar bench, couldn’t be bothered and walked out. Room fits 1-2 people but has a treadmill, bike and elliptical. Can’t imagine that many people in there at once. Service at front desk was less than stellar, attitudes and getting the sense it was a bother to ask basic questions. Would not stay here again. Was booked with a team for the weekend. Location is close to arenas but trying to turn in off the main road is difficult due to the amount of traffic. They also charge 9$ a night for “marketing activation fee” which is a fee added by the hotel! Would be nice if they upgraded the rooms with that money. Cost of the rooms was too much for the quality the extra fee is just robbery.

  My partner and I recently stayed here and really enjoyed: • the breakfast • the easy access being just off of the 401 • the A/C worked great • clean bed and clean linens, despite musty smell from water damage The rooms truly need to be updated. There was a stain on the couch when we walked in that instantly put me off. Water damage was visible above the bed area and there was a musty wet smell in the air, as well as in the bedding. Wallpaper was peeling. A black burn on the countertop in the bathroom. The windows are so covered in streaks. I really wanted to fully love our stay. We are not picky people. We still enjoyed our visit but very much wish the rooms were updated.
