  I have been going to this Best Western for about 15 years now and the service has always been excellent. The rooms are always very clean. The staff always has time to answer question about your room and places to go for food or entertainment. Our reason to visit Belleville is mostly for fishing. they are about a five minute drive to the launch which is not bad. The pool was warm and enjoyable. All the areas are clean and well kept. I find that the breakfast over the years has always kept up to my needs. Being diabetic I need good food choices. I am pleased to say that this trip will not be my last. Bob

  Room #315 has bedbugs. This is absolutely unexpected after paying $200+/night. Bedbugs bites all over my body. Upon quietly informing the front desk, the lady asked for the evidence of bedbugs. I showed all the bedbugs bites. I had to seek medical help as it is itching very severely and inflammation increased. This must be resolved immediately before letting it used by the new guests and hoping for the refund from the manager on this as I have been told that manager will reach out to me. I have stayed here multiple times and I am very skeptical to return here. Attached is evidence taken in room washroom.

  The location is handy.. but loud, right at the stop light beside the 401. The hot tub is nice and hot. Pretty clean to. Pool is warm to. They have a form to fill out in your room if there's anything you think the maintenance staff could handle. I wrote down that the door to my room was very squeaky and I may have woken up a bunch of people when I left early that morning. I returned to grab something after lunch and it was fixed. The staff is super friendly to. Breakfast wasn't anything to rave about but it was nourishing.

  Excellent service, clean rooms, friendly staff. I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 weeks while on a local project with my team. Honey was very accommodating and easy to deal with. I will stay here every time I come back.

  We booked our room online and after driving about an hour to arrive I was told my card was declined and we couldn't check in. As I had already paid for our room I was confused as to what was happening. The customer service was non existent. The lady at the desk had no knowledge of the pos system and we had to leave. I will not go back to this hotel.
