  Great place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, only complaint was the beds were a bit too soft so I woke up with a sore back for the drive back to Ontario. If you are looking to eat in Woodstock, I would suggest asking a local as the good restaurants are all off the beaten path.

  Warm reception, super pleasant staff & quick check in; Extremely comfortable 1-night stay in a king bed room; spacious, work desk, large flat screen TV , many channels, large easy chit w/ottoman; clean spacious washroom with deep tub/shower, quality amenity dispensers; luxurious bed linens; Keurig coffee machine & pods; fridge; excellent hot & cold breakfast choices & waffle maker & pleasant spacious booths & tables; convenient location, nearby fast food places; excellent hotel!

  Nice hotel. Front desk man was very friendly and nice. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

  After a shaky start, check in took a long time and was quite confusing, the visit was excellent. Despite the rough start, nobody got mad. Nobody was less than friendly and helpful. Throughout the stay the staff was friendly, always offering a 'hello' and smiles. These folks went out of there way to be helpful and kind. As always the facilities were clean and well cared for. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was well done every morning. The front desk was cheery and eager to help. Swati and Navjot were fantastic, and they went above and beyond to take care of my Mom and I. Maya was excellent. Hailey was cheerful and very helpful. Cody was very friendly and fun to interact with. Job well done. I've been to this hotel many times over the years. I trust I will be back. Keep up the great attitudes and work ethic. Navjot, thank you for the Post-It. I appreciate the descriptions you started beside the names. I remember you all. Thank you.

  Had the best customer service I've ever received at a hotel thanks to Kody. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Give this man a raise!!!! The room was super clean and well stocked, loved that the pool had their own towels. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was such a nice bonus to have. Will stay here again on our travels back through and we will make sure we only book on nights that Kody is working.
