  Il n'y avait personne à l'accueil à notre arrivée et avons attendu quelques minutes car la personne passait l'aspirateur. La réceptionniste a été très gentille et aidante. La chambre était bien sauf pour l'odeur du tapis. Bruyant à cause de gens qui faisaient le party dans le corridor tard le soir. Très décu au niveau du déjeuner car il manquait clairement de personnel. Il n'y avait qu'une personne qui était totalement dépassée. Il manquait de nourriture à tous les niveaux (pain, yogourt, bagel, muffins...). Nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes pour le remplissage et tout ce qui était boulangerie était soit encore congelé ou presque dégelé. Les tables étaient sales. Un groupe venait de passer avant notre arrivée. L'hôtel devrait prévoir suffisamment de personnel pour bien servir les clients.

  Great location, good service (so far). The room is clean, I absolutely hate carpet floors in a hotel but I can tell this is a dated hotel. As far as Best Westerns go, it's not great, but compared to the other choices in Bathurst that I've stayed at, it still comes out on top. The washroom I would say is quite nice, big and spacious.

  I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and this one is in the top 10 regardless of how many stars it has. Very elegant hotel. Staff is amazing. Rooms are clean and beautiful. A truly refreshing experience

  Everything you would expect from a Best Western. Does the job without costing a fortune ! Staff has always super nice and accommodating with me…. I recommend in the Bathurst area.
