  This hotel is nicely situated one block off of the harbor easily walkable to town and right down the street from the parliament building. The room we had (310) was a very nice accommodation. Comfortable king size bed, with two full size patios, a small (but nice size) refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, sink and full size oven with four burner stove. It also had a nice sized pull out sofa bed (we didn’t use). None of the rooms have air conditioning. During our stay the temperature reached 25.5 C/ 78 F. Although the hallway stayed pretty warm our room stayed very comfortable due to the cross breeze we were able to maintain with keeping the two full size patio doors opened. Even with as busy as the the breakfast area was the staff did a great job ensuring all items were stocked. I never saw one item run out before getting refilled. They also did a great job clearing and cleaning tables to help keep people moving in and out of the breakfast area. We would definitely chose this hotel again.

  Great place to stay you can park your car in a secure parking at a nominal fee. And you can walk pretty much everything you need. Will continue to make this our go to place when we stay in Victoria.

  Decent hotel but for the high nightly rate they charge they need to have Air Conditioning. Also found the rooms a little noisy from the street noise. Location, staff and breakfast are great though.

  We have stayed at this hotel in the past and loved it! Since then, the trees have grown to block 90% of the harbor view. The swimming pool directly below offered shrieks and screams most of the day. No A/C meant that we had to expose ourselves to loud street noise in order to have much-needed fresh air.

  Best western inner harbour is great. The reception staff is very kind and the lobby is clean. They also offer umbrellas for you to borrow!! They offer great complimentary breakfast! They have a nice hot tub and a good fitness center. The room was large and the kitchen was nice. The room was very clean. However the pool was a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. The steam room was not working and the sauna door was not closing properly. Also the view is not great if you are on an a lower floor. There are trees blocking the view of the bay. If you're looking for more affordable hotels in the area, then take a look at this hotel! They offer great amenities for the price and I had a great time at this hotel!!!
