  I ended up purchasing my jewellery from another brand, but I had a wonderful experience at Van Cleef thanks to Ryoko. She was exceptionally patient and helpful throughout my visit, showing me a beautiful selection of pieces. If you’re visiting I highly recommend asking for Ryoko!

  가게에 선물을 사려 들렸습니다. 예약은 하지않았지만 들어갈때 입구에 직원들이 친절하게 인사해주셨고 저를 담당하신분이 너무도 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 시원한 물과 맛있는 쵸콜릿도 주셔서 너무감사했습니다. 이름을 제가 물어보지못해서 이름을 올리고싶지만 올릴수가 없네요. 죄송해요. 하지만 너무너무 감사했습니다. 그리고 나갈때도 입구까지 나오셔서 인사해주셔서 또한번 감동을 느꼈습니다. 감사합니다. 다음에 뵐게요. I heard I was going to buy a gift at the store. Although I didn't make a reservation, the staff at the entrance greeted me kindly upon entering, and the person in charge of me responded very kindly. Thank you so much for the cool water and delicious chocolate. I couldn't ask for their name, so I want to list them, but I can't. I'm sorry. But I was so, so grateful.   I went to see the Sweet Alhambra butterfly bracelet but they did not have any single motif bracelet except Sweet Alhambra heart bracelet. I was told I could order it and get it in a month. I just didn’t like the idea of not seeing the real thing before buying it especially when I know natural stones vary in color. I was a bit disappointed. Also the store was super quiet. I wonder if people shop there at all. Other jewelry stores like Tiffany they always have other customers inside. When we went inside we were the only customers and there were 5-6 staffs doing nothing just staring, which felt weird.
