  After a long day of driving, it was a treat to arrive at Best Western Plus Valemount Inn and Suites. The front desk staff, Gurman, the supervisor, in particular, and also Christine, were very gracious and helpful with information on local sights (salmon spawning) and hotel amenities. The hotel is modern, clean and well-run with up-scale touches. The room was quiet and comfortable. And the in-house Summit Grill restaurant had a diverse menu of delicious food for dinner (including beef short ribs lasagna) and a fine breakfast buffet. We are glad we stopped here.

  Here for work in the area, so I don't know how much my employer paid. Great hotel, wonderful rooms, nice staff, gym is well equipped and maintained for its size, breakfast this morning was amazing. I'll be heading to the pool shortly ;-)

  재스퍼로 로드트립 중 이곳에서 하루 묵었습니다. 시설은 좀 오래되었지만, 객실 상태도 좋았구요. 슬라이드가 있는 풀이 있어서 아이가 저녁에 재미있게 놀았습니다. 코인 세탁실도 이용할 수 있어서 로드트립이 계속 되며 쌓인 빨래도 해결했습니다. 특히, 프론트 데스크에 있던 남자 직원이 매우 친절했어요. 이것저것 물어볼 것도 있고, 세탁실 이용으로 인해 잔돈도 좀 바꿔야 해서 번거롭게 해드렸는데, 정말 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 다시 한번 감사드립니다.

  We have stayed at the Valemount BW many times. It’s always been exceptional and this time they hit the ball out of the park! We checked in late with no reservations. The front desk staff worked really hard to accommodate us, especially Gurman. The room was wonderful. Housekeeping is amazing. The lobby coffee sets my day up! The lobby is beautiful. The wonderful lady running the breakfast restaurant deserves a medal! I recommend stopping there to everyone traveling Highway 5. Thank you for being there every time we need you.

  Rooms were small for what you pay you don’t get much. Pool was ok hot tub wasn’t that hot. Pool and hot tub for early morning swims before it gets busy opens late (8:00am) the hot tub in the morning was freezing. I was told they replaced the water so when it opened you could use the hot tub for over an 2 hrs might as well called it a lack lustre cold plunge a that point. Had breakfast it was just “ok” the kids wanted waffles but by the time we got there they were all out of waffle batter. They were not pre-made for efficiency. The breakfast staff didn’t come off as nice. I heard a cook walk through the restaurant saying “Jesus Christ” The host for the day at the restaurant consistently kept telling guest that asked they were out of waffle batter and she couldn’t grab things fast enough “Im just one person” not professional and not smiling or nice.
