  Great location and very affordable compared to Victoria hotels. Very clean, super courteous staff, love the free breakfast. And they were very helpful with options to securely store my bicycle. Also the ample free parking is a plus these days. Will definitely be staying here again when next in the area 😊

  Still here, the service from the front desk was great, needed batteries for the remote control, call the front desk and in less than minutes they arrived and solve the issue. Thank you. The only thing is the a/c, make more noise than normal.

  This hotel is so amazing. We miscalculated and didn't book the ferry in time so we extended our stay. While we couldn't stay in the same room, they were amazingly accommodating, giving us a late check out and prioritized our second room getting cleaned (and it was just across the hall!!) Breakfast is wonderful, and you can get it to go if necessary! Jorge, Janelle, Andrew and Christian are amazing people and made our stay so nice! What a wonderful place to stay on the island
