  This is a 3 star hotel with average rooms. Rooms are clean and rather spacious, especially the suites. Next time, I would request a balcony as many rooms have one. The breakfast is continental and quite basic but very generous! And whatever you ask is provided immediately. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. The location is not far from the lake, maybe a 10 min walk.

  Found a bed bug within half an hour of getting to the room. Was brushed off by staff before getting a refund and leaving. Do not stay here.

  room was dirty and had a broken light, dirty floor and numerous spots of wear and tear. This hotel very badly needs an update and was practically unusable. Room had a weird smell, bed had stains on it as did the towels. paint chipping everywhere. We stayed for 3 nights and not once did housekeeping come to at least refresh our towels or take garbage. Had to ask for new towels, made us carry them up and never took the dirty towels that we were told to leave outside of room for pickup. Left our review and concerns with the desk and didn’t get much as a sorry and no official receipt to show the notes made about our concerns to bring to corporate. Curious to know if Best Western corporate knows how bad this place is being run. They completely rely on location and nothing else, service was terrible. Not staying here again. Please avoid at all costs waste of money.

  This hotel is right next to rattlesnake canyon which is awesome if traveling with families - would be cool if guests received a discount. The breakfast had a huge variety something for everyone. And the hotel rooms were large and had everything! The pool was also nice

  Nice hotel. Stayed 3 nights while golfing in Osoyoos. It's a little tired looking but the staff do a great job making you comfortable. Excellent breakfast included. Lots to choose from. Kid friendly, wheelchair accessible. Limited items if you're celiac. Short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and cafes. Didn't use the indoor pool but did use the gym. VERY small, not well ventilated and not much equipment. No matts for floor exercises. The hotel is near the boardwalk so useful for running or walking. Next door to a small amusement park.
