  I highly recommend avoiding this Best Western. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced especially considering the price of $200 per night. The staff at the front desk had very limited knowledge and were not helpful when assistance was needed. For that price, I expected a much higher standard of service and overall experience. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money. The only real advantage of this hotel is its location right beside the highway. Other than that, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. If you are considering booking this hotel, save your money and look elsewhere. I would absolutely not stay here again.

  The staff were excellent. Bouquets to the front desk and housekeeping for their concern and honesty. They found my necklace and now in the process of returning it to me. I appreciate them so much

  I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and well maintained, and I appreciated the quality toiletries provided, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good, with scrambled eggs, toast, and waffles available each morning. The hotel also offers free parking, which was very convenient. One unique feature I enjoyed was the massage chair, which provided a relaxing massage for just CAD $17. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value, great amenities, and a comfortable experience. I would gladly stay here again.

  The staff here were exceptionally rude, it's like they forget that they work in a customer service industry. I came here on a work trip where we place a credit card down for all charges, including room deposit. When I explained this to the front desk staff who checked me in, he refused to even look for the credit card we placed on file and tried to charge me the deposit. I wasted 30+ mins checking in trying to explain this to him. Half the rooms here face an extremely loud highway and the sound proofing in the rooms does not exist On my last day while I was unloading a bunch of stuff in the elevator, the same rude staff member at check in barged passed me without letting me off at the lobby while I had my hands full. Fire your staff, they're not worth retraining.

  One of the Worst Best Western Experiences. This was honestly one of the worst Best Western stays I’ve ever had. It was an awful experience from start to finish. The front desk staff didn’t seem to be aware of basic information, and at one point, they even told me they were the general manager. Unfortunately, the manager also seemed to lack knowledge about how the rates and charges work. He spoke very confidently and very quickly, but a lot of the information he provided turned out to be incorrect. The room itself wasn’t too bad, but the toilet became clogged during my stay. I called the front desk for assistance, but there was no response. When we mentioned the issue again while checking out, the front desk staff member simply said, Sorry, we weren’t aware of it. For a hotel charging more than $250 per night, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. I would not recommend this Best Western based on my experience. Unfortunately, staying here felt more like a nightmare than a comfortable hotel stay.
