  Pool closed unexpectedly for two days. Very strict check in and check out times. Extra charges everywhere you look. Wonderful location. Friendly staff when there wasn't an issue. I will be thinking twice before I choose this hotel again.

  We are doing a road trip and wanted somewhere close to Edmonton that looked nice, it was just meant as a place to sleep but the hotel is a pleasure surprise. It’s easy to park, great location, nice view, close to a few bars. The main thing is it’s quiet and the beds are really comfortable.

  I couldn't believe that there was NO ice! Only one machine in the whole building and it was out! Was told I could get some from a gas station or Walmart. Not the service you would expect for what you pay for a room. Room was nice and clean though.

  A clean, modern hotel located right across the street from Sylvan Lake and several pubs and eateries nearby.
