  This was a wonderful hotel to stay! We stayed for 4 nights and had no issues! The hot tub was clean and hot, but the swimming pool was freezing! There is also a slide for the pool which is fun for kids and adults. I really appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, etc.. that was available 24 hours a day right beside the elevators. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. We will definitely stay there again! 💯👍🏼

  Been visiting for quite a while Best Western Lethbridge. Amenities are standard of a 3 star hotel. Reception is always welcoming especially Ellie. Breakfast is served in a pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are clean & comfortable with up to date technology. The main difference are the people. I always receive a warm welcome when Ellie is present. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade Ellie & Ashley.

  This is an awesome hotel and we will be booking our next visit to Lethbridge at this hotel. Staff were awesome, the room was super comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of options... The hotel is close to so many amenities - a lot are within walking distance.

  Very nice room and it was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and it is conveniently located. Breakfast was very good with a great selection to pick from.

  For me, what truly makes a stay unforgettable is the kind of customer service that makes you feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and at home. From the moment we arrived, Vanessa from customer service and Julia at the front desk went above and beyond to make that happen. Their warmth, kindness, and sincere care in the way they communicated with us made a lasting impression—not just on me, but on my entire family. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like being received with open arms. The rooms were absolutely wonderful—beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. But what I loved most was the peaceful ambiance. It created a sense of calm where you could truly let go, rest deeply, and recharge. It was more than just a place to stay—it was a place where we felt cared for.Breakfast was amazing as well overall the entire management you have an amazing team to keep for
