  This bestwestern was over priced..we stayed 1 night over 300 dollars no breakfast included...u could upgrade for 15 bucks a person ..if u get there before deadline...we went for dinner ..im celiac and I ordered the turkey dinner..it was uneatable..i set it back and didn't trust kitchen to make anything else...waitress didn't no anything bout what was or wasn't gulten free..there was 5 of us only got 1 water...the vending machine didn't work...the TV was old and in a case so we could all c it..so we didn't even watch it..not impressed with this bestwestern..

  Our team came here for one week to work and were glad to have chosen to stay here. We could tell that we were not the only people staying here for work so the word must be out that this hotel has very professional staff that listen carefully to what you ask for and also anticipate what you will need before you have even figured it out. Each day my room was thoroughly cleaned and replenished with clean, soft towel sets, shampoo and soap. The room's furnishings were all in good shape and perfect for being able to get work done. The Internet wifi is strong here so working remotely is easy. I appreciated the bar fridge and microwave as well. SUGGESTION FOR ROOMS: In the future it would be nice to have a safe in the room to lock valuables or documents in, especially in the auxiliary 2 storey building. Which has more direct outside exposure. The Smitty's on-site makes for excellent breakfasts with a variety of choices. It would be preferable to have more than just vanilla yogurt as options for yogurt though. The staff in there are clean and professional. They will serve you quickly to help you get off to work in a timely manner. The location here works well as it is on tge main highway and close to many other restaurants such as 1948 Mediterranean, O2 and Soleiki buffet amongst others that are all within walking distance. When coming to Cold Lake, this absolutely where to stay.

  We had a wonderful family stay in Cold Lake. The weather was beautiful, which made the trip even more enjoyable, but the hotel itself also exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff member working in the breakfast area was also kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and well maintained, and even the air conditioner was quieter than expected. The highlight for our family was the clean pool and well-maintained waterslide. We had a great time together, and our child especially enjoyed it. One small suggestion would be to offer more TV channels or programs for children and to make the parking area feel a little safer and more secure. Other than those minor suggestions, everything inside the hotel was excellent. This stay gave our family a very positive impression of Cold Lake. We will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we visit. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

  1 st time staying here. Always liked Best Western. Room was nice and clean. Forgot something in the room and the staff called and let me know. Great service
