Spent $500 on a bracelet, it was designed with magnet on a everyday Wearing bracelet, it was rusted after wearing it, I went to the store to get it fixed matter facts just need to change a new magnet, however they sent me home said they don’t fix it because this bracelet is designed not to touch water, it’s my fault, are you serious? You designed a product to wear on wrist telling customers not to touch water, is this a 2 month deal for the most fancy brand in the world? Now I will have to throw it away in the trash bin because it can not lock on my wrist，Never buy fendi product again goodbye

We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Jiao Jiao at Fendi Waikiki. From the moment we walked in, she set the tone with her upbeat personality, attentiveness, and genuine desire to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Jiao Jiao took the time to walk us through a wide range of styles and pieces, patiently answering every question and offering thoughtful insight on how to style and wear each bag. She encouraged my wife to try on multiple options and provided honest, helpful feedback that made the entire experience both enjoyable and personalized. What truly set her apart was her commitment to going above and beyond. After we stepped out for dinner, she welcomed us back into the store, even as it was closing, so we could complete the purchase. Not only that, she stayed nearly an hour past closing to make additional adjustments to ensure the handbag fit and styled exactly the way my wife wanted. At no point did we feel rushed or like an inconvenience. In fact, Jiao Jiao made us feel like valued clients every step of the way. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication were outstanding and honestly, her personality alone made choosing to purchase at Fendi an easy decision. This is luxury service at its absolute best. We will absolutely be back and look forward to working with Jiao Jiao again in the future.
