  Had a bad experience at this store! Bad customer service from Ester who seems to only care about her commission !! The way she represents the brand and the store is beyond words. For my 5 year anniversary I purchased for my wife a Peekaboo bag. After 16 days I came to return it, I was told no bc it was pass 14 days return policy. I said we had covid and could not come in within 14 days. Ester could care less about this situation and told me nothing can be done. I asked to talked to a manager who promised to call me but that never happened. Greed ! I have shopped at Chanel, LV and others much better service and exchange policy. Dont shop at FENDI
