  Horrible and Passive-Aggressive Door Staff! I visited the Fendi store last week and had the worst customer experience ever. There was no queue when I arrived, and a customer just left. I was standing slightly outside the lining area because I knew it was a one-in, one-out system. The tall male door attendant clearly saw me but completely ignored me, deliberately turning his head away to avoid eye contact.After waiting for 5 minutes with zero communication, I finally stepped inside the lining ropes. The second I did, he suddenly told me I could enter. He was obviously on a pathetic power trip, using the rules to play mind games and act cold. It got even worse when I left. The same tall guy refused to open the door for me. He looked away again as I walked toward the exit. When I went to push the left side of the door open myself, he hypocritically pushed the right side, almost hitting and bumping into me!His attitude was fake and rude. Shame on this store's management for enabling such unprofessional behavior. Avoid this location!

  Not very impressive. It can’t be a real Fendi by any means. It took a while for someone to welcome us. We bought a purse 👛 for more than $1400 out of loyalty to the brand; no influence by the sales staff whatsoever. The place needs cleaning.
