  The customer service in this particular store is horrible.Apparently you been kept on line waiting even after an hour.The rep was so irresponsible and rude.Neither the manager was apologetic about this.The manager name Jorden shouldn’t be representing this brand.He was horrible and lied to about article being not available in United States.I got the same pair of glasses on 5th ave.Not just they lied but was horrible.Special mention to DG not to have managers and rep who tarnish your big name .I will ask all my family and friends to never visit this store .

  Ryan at D & G is perhaps the nicest salesman I’ve ever encountered in such a high end designer store. He stuck with the us through 3 floors in a non pressure way just having pleasant and fun conversations. Due to spending so much at other stores we didn’t buy anything and never once did he give us a bad feeling, he was just so kind and enjoyable all the way through. Definitely will be back to visit at Christmas and can only hope he is still there. Will absolutely be buying something then for our new home. Honestly the best sales person I’ve ever come across. I hope he manages this store because his personality was so above and beyond he absolutely should be in charge. Thanks again and see you soon ! Your Canadian friends Matt and Shane !

  Extreme dissatisfaction with the alterations and costumer service at your location. Dresses purchased at your store, were damaged by your in-house tailor. While one dress was eventually acknowledged as damaged and store credit offered, the other required multiple attempts to get the damage addressed. The overall experience with your staff, particularly Danika and manager Jorden, was deeply disappointing.
