  Visited Harrods before Christmas, walked to the counter and was pretty much ignored until I said hello! I then asked where the belts were as I knew which belt I wanted to purchase but didnt know which size, was then pointed in the general direction of the belts and I had to work it out for myself, eventually once he saw me trying them on the SA wandered over no smiles, it was a real shame as this isnt a regualr experience for me and it would have been nice if the whole experience was more pleasant if im honest, the only saving grace was chatting to the lovely lady behind the counter whilst my belt was being fetched, unfortunately I didnt catch her name but she was young, long dark straight hair with an accent, she was a joy and I wish she had been there when I first walked over, think Ill be heading to Selfridges next time!

  What an absolutely beautiful experience meeting Francesca and being helped by her. I went into buying some fashion jewellery and ended up with something else entirely and off better value. Seriously one of the best experiences I have had with a premium brand - very comfortable and personal which is very difficult to find in today’s world. I just want to say thank you 🙏 and am sure my daughters will love their gifts. 🎁 look 👀 forward to being invited for some Fendi tea 😂 Thanks again Francesca 👍
