  Regularly recommend D&G at South Coast Plaza to clients who've just closed on Newport Beach or Laguna homes and are looking to treat themselves. The store carries a beautifully curated mix of men's and women's ready-to-wear, and the staff genuinely understand the brand's Italian aesthetic. The boutique format at SCP is well-suited for the discerning OC buyer — intimate enough to give personal attention, well-stocked without feeling overwhelming. A consistent choice for my high-end clientele.

  The staff here are terrible; they treat customers with indifference and appear to be completely irresponsible. For such a major brand, they are incredibly negligent in their hiring process. Every employee here—especially the manager—needs to be fired.

  Let see what they did with my belt ??? Terrible? Right ? They are professional but look how they destroy my belt . I no need Free . I need make hole like professional . Norma is manager at there . Her's attitude Super rude . Please dont support them .

  The two girls who were working there yesterday were on their phones the entire time. They should definitely be asking customers if they need any help finding something that they like. I understand they give customers time to walk around and look but there's no reason to be on the phone leaning against the glass displays, it makes them look lazy and I left without purchasing anything. I did see 1 sales associate help a nice family towards the back so kudos to her.
