    Alena Hartmann, meine Betreuerin bei Amplifon Thun, hat sich die Zeit genommen und mich professionell und zielgerichtet beraten. Sie hat auch meine besonderen Probleme, die mit einer Sehbehinderung zusammenhängen, in den Einstellungen berücksichtigt und wohl eine optimale Lösung gefunden. Diese Lösung hat ihren Preis.

    Der Hörtest war sehr angenehm und kompetent. Ich schätzte es sehr, dass ich noch warten kann um ein Gerät anzuschaffen, weil ich nur 5% Hörverlust habe. Besten Dank für Ihren Service.
