Management is awful as is their in-house jewelry polisher. I paid $100 to have four pieces polished. It took a month to receive the items that were still gray as if they’d never been polished at all. I call the store to inform them and was told I have 2 options - 1. bring the jewelry back to the Vienna store and have them re-polished by the same person who did such a bad job the first time OR 2. pay $60 per piece to send out to NY to be polished. That’s an additional $240 without any kind of discount for their terrible polish job. The manager even refused to offer a discount which is horrible customer service. Who does that, especially at Tiffany’s. Many years ago they cared about pleasing their customers. That’s definitely not the case anymore!

Such rude customer service, made me not want to come back and buy a Tiffany product ever again
We recently visited Tiffany & Co. to purchase a gift for a friend. Unfortunately, the item we wanted was not in stock at the boutique. Our sales advisor, Kevin Kozlowski, was friendly and courteous throughout the interaction, and initially tried to help us place the order online for shipment.
However, the experience became frustrating due to a technical issue on Tiffany’s side where they were unable to create an account for us, which was apparently required to complete the purchase. While I understand that technical issues can happen, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled afterward.
Instead of finding an alternative solution, contacting support, or helping us place the order through another boutique directly, we were simply given the item number and told to call another store ourselves to complete the purchase. After taking the time to visit the boutique in person, it felt unprofessional to have the responsibility shifted onto us because of Tiffany’s internal system issue.
Kevin himself was pleasant, but overall the execution and customer service resolution did not meet the level of experience I would expect from a luxury brand like Tiffany & Co.
Always a great experience at this Tiffany's. Large store with a great inventory and helpful employees.

My husband purchased a Tiffany bracelet and necklace for me a couple of years ago. At the time, complimentary lifetime cleaning and maintenance were presented as part of the ownership experience.
I used the service once before, but when my husband recently brought the jewelry in for cleaning, he was told that Tiffany had changed its policy and now charges $25 per item.
The fee itself is not the problem. The disappointing part is that a benefit that helped justify a luxury purchase was later removed. Customers expect a brand like Tiffany to stand behind the promises made at the time of purchase.
The jewelry is beautiful, but this experience has damaged my trust in the brand and will likely influence my future purchasing decisions.
