    I called this store asking for a sales associate to work with since my store in Chicago closed. Tavo answered the phone. Horrible customer service. Took him from may 20 to may 31st (over 10days) and still don’t have time to ring up my order. He gave me excuse after excuse about being super busy etc. this was the worst customer service I’ve had in years!!!!

    Me and my girlfriend tried to go into the store at 3:33 PM and we were denied for “full capacity” despite there only being three customers in there. He stated that it’s group per associate, but that did not seem to be the case when we waited outside in the front we saw other groups and singular people going in with no issue. We did not mind waiting. That was not the issue. I don’t know if it was how we were dressed or if we were young, but it was extremely rude and Unacceptable. We were Wearing a T-shirt and jeans because it’s hot and in Texas. Judging based on appearance will loose customers; including us. We will not be going back in or recommending the store. For anyone else reading these reviews, make sure you go dressed to the nines and look like you have money because that’s all seem they care about.

    I don’t know the managers name, but he was such a gentleman, knew everything about the product. He was very patient and showed us basically every bag we inquired about in the store. We didn’t actually find what we wanted at this location, so he helped us order what we wanted from the Saint Laurent in Dallas. Great experience.

    Terrible customer service. By far the worst YSL shopping experience I’ve had. Sophia, the sales rep seemed completely lost, and clearly not enjoying her job. I’ve seen a lot of complaints from Black customers; the terrible service in the store has nothing to do with skin color, I’m not Black and the service was just as bad as everyone describes. I guess it’s my fault for spending 2k at this store instead of going somewhere else. Maybe since it’s an outlet store they care less? Who knows, but that’s why this stores are selling less and less items each season.
