  The Chanel store in the Galleria is the worst. We bought a white bag from their London store on Bond street. Unfortunately, after 6 months color transference occurred from their black dust bag. They weren't helpful at all. They gave me the run arounds. Very disappointed with them.

  The sales persons are good not the security guy at the door. I think some of them are just super rude and unprofessional.

  I came in today to have a blazer's silk lining repaired along with securing all the buttons. Sherrie helped me and it was a great experience. The repairs typically take 4 weeks and done in house. I look forward to receiving my repaired blazer so I can wear it in the court room soon.

  The service for the bag my wife was looking for was good. Lady was attentive and not too pushy. We didn’t end up buying because it wasn’t the style she loved. My issue is that I was not allowed to spray the fragrances. One of the gentlemen told me to only smell the caps. What’s the point of the test strips? I wouldn’t be bothered but the way he came about telling me was rude. Went to Louis Vuitton, almost bought a fragrance and I was able to spray all of them. Didn’t buy it because they were out of stock. Lady was super nice there as well. Definitely not purchasing anything at the Chanel store in the Galleria.

  I had a wonderful experience shopping at the Houston Chanel boutique, and I especially wanted to recognize Blanca for making my visit so memorable. I’ve shopped at this boutique before, but my experience with her truly stood out. Blanca was kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Her warm and genuine personality made the entire experience enjoyable. I never felt rushed and appreciated how she was always available while allowing me to take my time. It truly felt like she cared about creating a great experience. Because of Blanca, this was one of my favorite experiences this boutique. I will definitely be returning and asking for her again!
