  Very Waited in line for about 1530 minutes still couldn't get in the store because they only let a few people went out of time overall not worth the weight Rude Staff the Staff seem to be over it. The Staff seem to be unimpressed with the World and the Staff overall seeing board not enthusiastic at all, I'll be chilling.

  My Husband and I visited this Chanel location for the first time yesterday and had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience with Sherrie. She went above and beyond to help me find shoes that fit perfectly ( I’m in between sizes and sizing is ALWAYS difficult) and I was able to purchase what are now my two favorite pairs of heels. The entire team at this store were friendly and knowledgeable and helped make this such a fun day. Thank you Sherrie and associates! I can’t wait to stop by again the next time we’re in Houston!!

  Nawar is absolutely the best customer service and professionalism in the industry. She couldn’t promise me what I was looking for but actually delivered me what I was looking for. Furthermore she got the item before my deadline on top of that. I’ve been asking for 6 months and Nawar was the one who made my dreams come true. Thank you again so much for everything!
