Rude. If you’re not in designer head to toe, don’t bother going in there. Miss Asher Allison seems to hate her job by the looks of it! Also, don’t bring your kids into the store unless you want them to give evil looks to them. The sales lady looked so miserable working there. God bless her!

Extremely disappointed, I have heard great things about this jewelry store And the man that helped me blatantly lied to me about pricing, He quoted me 3600 on the gold knot necklace and 900 on the silver bean necklace. Both are on the website for 2,000 and 390!!! I am attaching photos of both necklaces. My visit was around 7:15 pm on 7/18/26 Absolutely disgusting

Wish I could give it higher, but….So we walk in and a tall guy, who I guess was supposed to be their security, but was just leaning on the display counter on his phone didn’t even say hi to us until we were well in the store. We worked with Kim, who was disinterested to say the least. We had a repair and she seemed completely annoyed by this, didn’t really seem to care what was wrong and just shoved my piece in a plastic bag. Because we worked with her for that, we then had to work with her for our purchase. Despite spending $2k on just this one visit, she still seemed miserable and phony. It’s unfortunate because we have shopped here before and had very pleasant experiences with other associates (Laura and Helen and a gentleman). Kim should not be any brand’s client facing retail representative, she is simply not nice or courteous. Again, wish I could rate higher, but my most recent experience from walking in all the way through completing a purchase really left a sour taste in my mouth and much to be desired. Love Tiffany, but be cautious who you work with.

Very disappointing experience at Tiffany & Co. Green Hills. I booked a 10:00 AM appointment 10 days in advance, yet when I arrived I was "greeted" abruptly with “What for?” when I said I had an appointment at 10am. Rather than being checked in by name, it quickly became clear the team was not prepared for my appointment at all, leaving me standing there awkwardly while multiple associates watched the interaction unfold. The associate assigned to me had been texting in the days leading up to the visit and had already sent an incorrect message claiming I had “missed” my appointment the on the Saturday before, with her text waking me up early on a Sunday morning. I had not missed my appointment, she had been off by a week. She seemed surprised that anyone would make an appointment. It simply reinforced the sense that the appointment process was being handled carelessly. What truly stood out was the complete lack of service recovery. I calmly shared my concerns with the manager, Tyler, and was met with silence—no apology, no acknowledgment, and no effort whatsoever to address the situation. He was really focused on getting his till ready for the day, but looked up at me with a stone cold face and a smirk. I came in with friends to celebrate birthdays and purchase a graduation gift for my daughter. What should have felt special instead felt transactional, uncomfortable, and far removed from the level of hospitality Tiffany & Co. promises. Luxury retail is not just about the jewelry—it is about the experience, the attention to detail, and making guests feel valued. Unfortunately, this location delivered none of that. I have been into several locations - including the NYC flagship store - when I lived in NYC for ten years. My experience there was wonderful, The Green Hills Mall location was only slightly better than Claire's Boutique (sorry, no offense Claire's Boutique!) The only genuinely warm and professional person I encountered was the security guard at the door.

I am beyond disappointed with the Tiffany’s jewelry store in Nashville. I purchased a set of pearl earrings for my wife, and one of the pearls literally fell off shortly after the purchase—an outright defective product. When I brought them back to the store, they had the audacity to charge me for the repair! After waiting months with no updates, the earrings returned, only for the same pearl to fall off again within days. This time, I spoke with Kim, who was not only unhelpful but shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of standing by their so-called luxury brand, Tiffany’s refuses to take accountability. For a top-tier jeweler, they have failed spectacularly. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
