  I will definitely be returning! The guard at the front was so nice and friendly! He was very professional explaining the one on one experience, and once we got in the store the experience was incredible! The staff were so nice! We had the pleasure to shop with Helen and she was so nice and knowledgeable and also speaks Russian! The experience was truly personalized and enjoyable! Большое спасибо, Хелен! Our overall experience was much more welcoming compared to other luxury stores we have visited in the past.

  My son and I went to the KOP location and had a wonderful time! The staff are incredible and so helpful! The security guard was so incredibly polite and welcoming! Helen, Christina, Madison and Carol were so helpful and understanding! They assisted me with all the questions I had and accommodated me so graciously! They were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. After finishing the purchase they bagged up everything so beautifully! Highly recommend this location and will absolutely be returning! Also this perfume is seriously my favorite of all of my others!
