  I write this review on Coco Chanel’s birthday 8/19. Chanel at the Wynn - I stopped in the store to buy cologne. I looked at clothes for a moment just out of curiosity. Sean educated me with facts about Coco Chanel the real woman, her brand and her legacy. All employees were kind. No complaints.

  Worst experience ever in a Chanel store in my entire life? They have the worst customer service in this store. Period. I had previously purchased a Chanel bag for $10,000 and just had some questions about it and about where I could maybe get an authenticity card for it and they literally basically kicked me out of the store because I wasn't going to spend money today even though I had already spent $10,000 previously. We don't do anything like that. We don't do anything like that. We can't help you because she was literally only there to sell something. She doesn't care about anything else.

  Christopher has always made every experience at Chanel exceptional. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him for the past 14 years, and I truly can’t say enough great things about him, the store, and the entire staff. Christopher consistently makes the shopping experience effortless, enjoyable, and memorable. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care are what keep me coming back year after year. Highly recommend!

  The worst CHANEL I’ve ever been. No sells will come to help you even though they see you entered the store and they don’t have other customers. We asked for a pair of shoes and waited for 10 minutes but still no one came. Do not worst your time here.
