Extremely disappointing experience at YSL today.
I came in ready to purchase a handbag, but unfortunately, I have never felt so unwelcome and humiliated in a luxury store.
We greeted the security guard upon entering and he completely ignored us. A sales associate eventually approached us, and when we explained that we wanted to buy a handbag but needed help choosing a model, she simply said “okay” and walked away.
After that, we were basically ignored. Three associates stood near the register whispering, looking at us and laughing. At one point, I tried to get one associate’s attention while looking at a bag, and she just looked at me, laughed, and didn’t bother to come over.
I left the store extremely upset and disappointed. I shop at luxury brands regularly, and I have NEVER experienced such rude and disrespectful treatment.
I came in ready to spend my money at YSL and left feeling humiliated. Absolutely unacceptable.
I had a very disappointing experience at Saint Laurent. The sales associates were extremely unwelcoming and seemed completely uninterested in helping me.
I told them I was looking for a bag. One of the sales associates asked if I knew which specific bag I wanted. I said I wasn’t sure yet, and she simply said “okay” and walked away. After that, all three employees just stood together in the corner, whispering among themselves, without making any effort to assist me, show me any options, or even ask what I might be looking for.
I shop at luxury stores quite often, and I have honestly never experienced this level of indifference and poor customer service. It made me feel completely unwelcome and was by far one of the worst luxury shopping experiences I’ve had.

Employees just stand around doing absolutely nothing and act bothered when any one walks in. Was prepared to buy a bag however rude sarcastic employee with blonde hair discouraged me. Will never be buying from this location again. Do better.
It is sad to see that there are still people who judge and discriminate against others solely based on their origin. Being Mexican does not define a person's worth, capability, or dignity. Racism stems from ignorance and baseless prejudices. We all deserve respect, regardless of where we come from. Cultural diversity should not be a cause for rejection, but rather for pride and learning. No one is superior because of their nationality.
