  I was in LongChamp last week for the first time to buy a gift for a friend. The staff could not have been nicer. The General Manager, Gina, was absolutely delightful and guided me through all the options on to find the perfect bag. The products are beautiful and from start to finish the staff was incredible. Will definitely be back !

  I shopped at the Newbury Street location a few weeks ago and bought the expandable travel bag. It is one of my best purchases and is now currently my FAVORITE bag to travel with. Not to mention, the staff in this location is so knowledgeable and so kind! I'll be back for this holiday season for sure, thank you!!!

  Disappointing customer service experience at the Newbury Street location I visited the Longchamp boutique on Newbury Street around 6:00 p.m. because I had a question about caring for my Longchamp nylon bag. I simply asked whether the store offered a cleaning service for nylon bags or whether I could leave the bag with them, pay for the service, and have it shipped back to me. Unfortunately, the associate’s response and demeanor made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Rather than simply explaining that Longchamp only offers cleaning services for certain materials, she repeatedly looked toward her colleague and smirked in a way that made me feel as though my question was being ridiculed. What was especially disappointing was that after I initially walked away, I heard the associate ask her colleague, “Is she serious?” I understand that the answer may have simply been that Longchamp does not offer cleaning services for nylon bags. That’s completely fine. What isn’t fine is making a customer feel embarrassed for asking a legitimate question about a product they purchased from your brand. For a luxury brand, customer service should be part of the experience. I left feeling disrespected and embarrassed, and I expected much better from Longchamp.

  The staff here is unhappy they don't want help you. Went in already wearing two bags so apparently we love the brand but they didn't care for us.

  The team at this store is incredible. Fatima can take a simple scarf and turn it into a work of art on a handbag, Gina makes everyone feel like a guest in her own home, and Keith and T make sure you’re have a good time your entire shopping experience. Plus the store is worth visiting for the art alone!! So beautiful!
