  Wonderful store! I popped in for a lunch break trip to buy a specific bag, and the SAs here made it a quick and lovely experience. They were kind, attentive, and very helpful. I'll happily shop here again!

  It's always a pleasure shopping at the Newbury Street location. Jisoo is so kind and knowledgeable, it doesn't take long to find yourself with a new bag! 😅 Highly recommend stopping by.

  The customer service is absolutely terrible. They look at you as if you aren't welcome there at all. They hate children. My little daughter was playing with some tiny, keychain-sized bags when an Asian sales associate suddenly snatched the bags right out of her hands. This behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have never encountered such an attitude before. Do not come here!
