  My daughter and I walked in a few weeks ago looking for a very specific, small leather bag. Thomas was gracious and incredibly helpful. He thought out of the box in efforts to find the bag I had my eye on. I was able to find it based on his suggestions. Thank you!!!! I will enjoy shopping in the future and will look to set up an appt with Thomas in the future.

  Wonderful experience at the Chanel store. I made an appointment online, and Thomas reached out beforehand. He was warm, kind, and welcoming—a true gentleman and an exceptional Client Advisor. In the end, he was able to source my dream bag. I hope it is the first of many beautiful Chanel purchases with his guidance.
