  Our experience in Tiffany was wonderful Maryann was very welcoming and helpful. She is very helpful, kind, and professional. We truly appreciate her time and assistance. She provided outstanding service, and we are very grateful to meet her.

  Ось більш сильний, але все ще коректний варіант: I was disappointed with my experience, especially with the way the situation was handled by the store manager. What bothered me the most was Tiffany’s policy. When you purchase a piece, you’re told that future cleaning and servicing will be complimentary. However, when you actually come back for that service, you’re told it costs $25. The issue isn’t the $25. It’s the feeling of being misled. If there is a fee, it should be communicated clearly from the beginning, rather than creating different expectations at the time of purchase. On top of that, the staff’s communication and overall attitude left much to be desired. They do not care about making customers feel valued and respected. That’s not the level of service I would expect from a luxury brand like Tiffany & Co.

  I had a wonderful experience at this Tiffany & Co. location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to have my jewelry cleaned quickly, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in creating a positive experience. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

  First experience in a Tiffany's. The customer service was great the store was absolutly beautiful. I cant remember the name of the lady who helped me but she was lovley. took me right to what i was looking for, incredibly friendly. service was quick, and asked if I had any questions. I will deffinatly be back.
