    This location lives to Tiffany's & Co experience. Friendly, helpful and kind staff. A convenient location and a well run store. Clean, luxurious and well run. I came to the store looking for a particular and unique Tiffany bracelet. I was greeted immediately upon entering by Eli O. He knew the bracelet I was looking for and quickly checked their stock. Unfortunately and understandably, they were out of the variation I was looking for. According to their system, the downtown Chicago still had one left. Eli called ahead to ensure they indeed had one left. After confirming it was indeed in stock, he requested that they hold it. Eli was able to accommodate several specific requests for this order. He ensure the downtown location was aware of these special requests. When I arrived downtown the next day I was once again taken care of with great care. I always knew Tiffany & Co had stellar service but this location and Eli exceed my expectations. In the past we've always used the downtown Chicago location but in the future we'll most likely be using the this location. Eli was a lovely representative and I will look forward to working with him in the future.

    Very nice lady who helped my daughter return a bracelet for me that was too small. My daughter ended up getting me some beautiful earrings instead.

    Eli helped me when I came in and was very respectful, nice, and helpful! Great customer service, answered all questions, and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend asking for him when going into the store

    Exceptional Service from Veronica – A True Sales Ambassador I had the most wonderful experience at Tiffany & Co. in Oakbrook, IL, thanks to the incredible service provided by Sales Ambassador Veronica. From the moment I walked in, she took the time to truly understand my taste and listen to my opinions. She genuinely cared about what I wanted and never made me feel rushed. Veronica offered honest, expert advice on the pieces I was considering and helped me choose jewelry that perfectly matched my style and vision. Her guidance was invaluable—she knew exactly when to suggest something and when to let my preferences lead the way. What really stood out was her going above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. She followed up with me after my purchase to check if I loved the jewelry I bought.     I visited the store Friday evening 5.1 to ask if I needed to have my charms with me to get my bracelet repaired because I forgot them at home. The first young lady that I encountered told me I would have to pay $75 per charm to get repaired ( I’m missing 5 charms) I told her I’ve had this same bracelet repaired at this store and I wasn’t charged as such. I also noted that when I had another bracelet repaired for the second time that the repair department just replaced it, so I asked shouldn’t this one be replaced since this is my second time bringing it in for repair? She became aggressive as if she owned Tiffany’s and said no it’s $75 per charm. I told her is anyone in repair right now I want to speak to someone back there, she proceeded to say I used to work back there and I did this and that I said I’ll just go to the back and wait for someone. Again she’s so aggressive she goes in the back to get a repair person then come to the back with them standing right over them as if she’s gonna make sure they say exactly what she wants them to. Not only did they not give the same information the women told me if I bring my own charms back that they can repair it for a flat fee something that the aggressive young lady didn’t say. Why was I handled so aggressively by this lady no customer service just aggressiveness. Actually micro aggression, I’m sure she doesn’t handle the customers the same skin tone as her like this. I have spent good money at this location and received great service up until this point. This made me uncomfortable and not sure if I want to return to this location.
