  I had an exceptional experience with Aidan at Van Cleef Chicago! After living abroad for years, I stopped in to add long posts to my pavé Frivole earrings. Despite a quick scheduling mix-up with my appointment days, the store accommodated me immediately on Monday and paired me with Aidan. Aidan provided excellent, efficient, and professional service. He took care of my earrings the same day, set up my US account, and even gave me a travel pouch so I wouldn't have to carry the bulky box. I highly recommend working with Aidan and look forward to visiting the boutique often as I settle back into the area.

  As a first-time buyer, I had a wonderful experience. My sales associate was Aiden, and he was fantastic. A friend of mine set up the appointment, and we were both given a true luxury experience with glasses of champagne, chocolates, and the opportunity to try on several items without ever feeling rushed. Aiden stayed in touch with me by text throughout the purchase process, and when I wasn't able to come back to pick up my purchase, he made sure everything was shipped directly to my home. Everyting was made as convenientand seamless as possible It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and I would not hesitate to return. Thank you, Aiden, for making my first visit so enjoyable!

  I had a wonderful experience at Van Cleef & Arpels and wanted to recognize my sales associate, Alika, for his excellent service. I purchased a necklace and bracelet, and he made the entire experience enjoyable and seamless. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed while I made my decision. I truly appreciated his professionalism and warm approach. I am very happy with my pieces and grateful for the exceptional service.

  I absolutely love this VCA Chicago boutique. I have been a customer for the past 5 years and every visit is special and never disappoints. Each member greets you warmly …from the security guard, the hostess , and of course your own SA. Because I’ve visited the boutique a few times over the past years, I have had the privilege of getting to know many members of the team (Aidan, Maria, Sam, Alika). I’ve always been treated with the upmost respect, and my SA Aidan always goes above and beyond to fulfill my wishlist. I have referred many friends to this location. Their entire team does not disappoint. If one is lucky to attend one of their private soirées, they host the best gatherings that are never pretentious. You can go there and be yourself. That’s not the case for some boutiques along Oak and Rush. However, that is not the case for this location. It’s truly the best of all worlds. To be comfortable, respected, and surrounded by beautiful jewelry. You can tell customer service is of the upmost importance to them. I plan to remain of customer for many years to come.
