  I had a truly wonderful experience at the Céline boutique in Chicago. The store itself is quite beautiful, very clean, modern, and genuinely conveys a sense of luxury. What impressed me most was the exceptional service. The staff were welcoming and attentive, particularly Razz, and they were helpful without being at all overbearing. She dedicated time to show me various items, which made the entire shopping experience feel relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. It was certainly one of the more pleasant luxury retail experiences I've had in the city. I found myself quite captivated by everything and anticipate returning again and again.

  The store is pretty big. I have been trying to go in twice, first time one group of customers are in the store and the guard told me there is a wait, so I left. The second time there is no one in the store but the guard still made me wait for more than 10 mins. I am typing this review as I am waiting in line to get into an empty store. Funny! Don't go, just buy online!
