  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went into the store to return a bday present I didn’t like. The client advisor fennon ray looked annoyed (they were gonna close in 15 min) he was so rude and unprofessional, instead of returning the money to the credit card he put the money in a gift card (I never asked him to do that) when he gave it to me I was shocked I said no, I don't want this and he said there is nothing I can’t do because I already put the money here. I felt tricked and cornered. It was a substantial amount of money and I wouldn’t spend that amount on myself or use that total amount of the gift card.

  I walked into Tiffany & Co. with no prior knowledge of “what makes diamonds a girl’s best friend”. My advisor Jess has truly shifted my world because of her willingness to guide, inform, and support me. I walked out feeling CONFIDENT and that’s the definition of customer SUCCESS. Not only do I now know what I love but, I also have a vision for what I want.
