I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the AP House in Atlanta on September 22nd, and the entire experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to Tracy. From the moment I arrived, Tracy went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and valued. Rather than a standard transactional retail interaction, my time with her felt like an immersive, authentic masterclass in horology and brand heritage. Her deep passion for Audemars Piguet’s craftsmanship is infectious, and her expertise in guiding me toward the right watch for me was appreciated. In an industry where luxury can sometimes feel rigid, Tracy beautifully embodies a modern, inclusive, and deeply human-centric spirit. She didn't just show me timepieces; she truly connected with my story during a very milestone year for my family. Tracy’s exceptional hospitality has profoundly strengthened my love for the brand, and I am eagerly looking forward to the day I can officially join the AP family as a future owner. If you visit the Atlanta location, ask for Tracy, she is an absolute gem!

Me and my wife drove down from Nasville in March just to visit the AP House and we were absolutely impressed with the experience. We had the opportunity to meet Tim who is truly a gentleman. We were there to try the Royal Oak and it fell nothing short of our expectations. Unfortunately since we did not have any purchase history we couldn't get our hands on it. We listed our interest with Tim and were told that he'd get back to us if ever something came up. I realized we may never get called for the royal oak we wanted but I just wanted to point out that if you're ever going to AP House, the staff and experience will never let you down. We didn't realize but we spent almost more than an hour just talking about different watches in general with Tim!
