  Me and my wife drove down from Nasville in March just to visit the AP House and we were absolutely impressed with the experience. We had the opportunity to meet Tim who is truly a gentleman. We were there to try the Royal Oak and it fell nothing short of our expectations. Unfortunately since we did not have any purchase history we couldn't get our hands on it. We listed our interest with Tim and were told that he'd get back to us if ever something came up. I realized we may never get called for the royal oak we wanted but I just wanted to point out that if you're ever going to AP House, the staff and experience will never let you down. We didn't realize but we spent almost more than an hour just talking about different watches in general with Tim!

  The new AP House in Buckhead Village has been a welcomed addition to Atlanta. After losing the store we had in Lenox Mall a few years back it was disappointing to not have direct access to the brand. The long awaited revamped new store has been nothing short of amazing. I have now been twice after meeting Tim who has been fantastic to work with. From the first visit when the AP House opened a few months ago it just feels like such a high level of service but not overly stuffy. Being greeted at the lower level and then taking the elevator up, the show room has been meticulously designed and flows really nicely. The center of the room has watches from various eras that all paint a story about the brand. Tim took the time to not only talk watches, discuss the brand but provided a welcoming atmosphere. He has kept in touch since the initial appointment and was able to accommodate and extremely short notice second visit. If you haven't had time to check it out and are in the area, I highly recommend even for the museum and art like experience!

  My wife and I had an exceptional experience visiting the AP House in Atlanta this week. It was my second visit and my wife’s first, and it was every bit as special as I had hoped it would be. From the moment we arrived, Tracy welcomed us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm that immediately made us feel at home. The AP House is truly unique. Rather than feeling like a traditional watch boutique, the space feels like a beautifully curated living room in the heart of Buckhead—elegant, comfortable, and inviting. Tracy graciously offered us tea and chocolates while we settled in, which set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable visit. What stood out most was how thoughtfully Tracy shared the story of Audemars Piguet. She walked us through the entire history of the brand and introduced us to several remarkable historical timepieces, which gave us a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship and heritage behind AP. Her knowledge, passion, and attention to detail and passion made the experience feel very personal. Afterward, she showed us several pieces from the current collection and allowed us to spend time appreciating some of rare and collectible models. It was a pleasure discussing the design philosophy, finishing, and innovation that make these watches so special. My wife was especially impressed with how the 34mm Royal Oak shined and shimmered in-person compared to photos or videos. The je ne sais quoi and magic of AP can only be expereiced in-person. Thank you to Tracy and the entire AP House Atlanta team for creating such a welcoming and memorable experience. We truly appreciate the time and care that was given to us during our visit.

  The Audemars Piguet House in Atlanta is both elegant and welcoming from the moment you step through the doors. The entire team creates an exceptional atmosphere, but Tracy truly stands out. Her knowledge, passion for the brand, authenticity, and sincerity are remarkable. She has a rare ability to make you feel like part of the AP family rather than just a customer. Tracy’s hospitality and transparency made the entire visit genuinely enjoyable and relaxing. She thoughtfully guided me through the higher-end calibres and tourbillons, taking the time to ensure I fully appreciated the craftsmanship and heritage behind each piece. It is people like Tracy who elevate the brand far beyond standard expectations and transform a visit into a memorable experience.
