    Beware of the customer service at this store. My boyfriend purchased a bag back for Valentines that I absolutely loved and he bought another bag for me this Christmas. This is a black lambskin bag and after wearing it one time I noticed that the tiniest little scratch from my fingernail left and imprint, I wore it one more time just to be sure and then today we took it back to the store. So all we wanted to do was exchange the bath for something that I could wear without showing the tiniest scratch. We walked in the store. The sales girl said you need to speak to my manager, the manager said there’s nothing we can do. You already wore it. Are you serious? What am I supposed to do? I worried a couple of times in the bag scratched, how are you supposed to manufacture a bag that scratch is so easily? I am a good customer and all I wanted to do was exchange a bag for something that doesn’t look embarrassingly scratched after two uses. I was informed there was nothing I could do. My boyfriend also tried got nowhere. He was told it would need to be elevated to Corporate because it was their policy. I am not sure how a company of this caliber makes bags that are worth thousands of dollars and they scratch at the tiniest sign. As I said it’s not the first time that I purchased a bag here, but unless something happens, it will certainly be my last period beware because apparently in the store once you purchased something, then you’re on your own. No matter how terrible the quality is.

    We came in on our anniversary, my husband wanted to buy me a new bag. I had already known which bag I wanted, but The customer service was terrible. We were not offered anything to drink or any assistance we were in and out within 10 minutes spent $3g. We had told the girl it was our anniversary too, and she seemed not to care. Just wanted us in and out. We defiantly won’t be coming back to the YSL. Our experience was not welcoming or special

    This boutique is on the smaller side but the customer service is phenomenal. Noah was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me when trying on shoes for sizing purposes. The store is clean & welcoming.
