  Last week, I visited the Van Cleef & Arpels location in Miami’s Design District to purchase a bracelet for my wife\. I was made to wait outside for 20 minutes instead of being invited in\. For a brand that caters to a high\-end clientele, the service fell far short of expectations\. Today, I went to the West Palm Beach location to have the bracelet adjusted, and the experience was completely different. The staff were welcoming, courteous, and attentive. Their service was so good that I purchased the matching earrings. The West Palm Beach team delivered the level of service I expected from Van Cleef & Arpels\. The Miami Design District location needs to address the way it treats customers. I will never set foot in the Miami Design District location again.

  I had an absolutely exceptional experience with Rosie Romano at Van Cleef & Arpels. She is, without exaggeration, one of the best luxury advisors I have ever worked with anywhere in the world. We came in with an issue with my jewelry, and from the very beginning Rosie handled everything perfectly. She listened carefully, took care of the pieces, arranged the repairs, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made sure everything was completed and delivered on time. Her communication was outstanding — she was always responsive, incredibly attentive, proactive, and genuinely involved. At every stage, I felt that she personally cared about making sure everything went smoothly. This is exactly the level of service you expect from Van Cleef & Arpels: professional, elegant, reliable, and truly personal. Rosie is an outstanding advisor and a huge asset to the brand. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, and I would happily recommend her to anyone visiting the boutique. Thank you, Rosie, for making the entire experience so wonderful!
