  The best customer service I’ve experienced among all boutiques in Miami. The sales associate Jess was incredibly welcoming and professional — to the point where I truly didn’t want to leave the boutique. From the moment I walked in, she approached me right away, offered me a drink, and created a warm, comfortable atmosphere. I came in looking for something short, like a crop top. Jess honestly explained that they currently have very limited short styles, but she still went above and beyond by offering multiple great alternatives, showing genuine care, taste, and attention. I truly wish there were more friendly, kind, and professional employees like Jess in luxury boutiques.
