  I went to buy a birthday gift for my mom, and the service was dismissive. Another person walked in, and they left me waiting to attend to her instead. To top it off, when it came time to make my purchase, the woman summoned me as if I were a dog—snapping her fingers.

  I was there yesterday to make an exchange and because I did not fold the bag properly this French lady gave me an attitude and did make the exchange. I had to leave without it. I drove a hour since I don’t have store near me. As soon as entered the store she was meant to me, not even she said hi. I was reading other reviews about this French lady, and I agree with all of them. This lady deserves to be fire! She has no customer service whatsoever. I been using Longchamp for some many years and love it, but never encounter this type of situation.

  Liliana did a great job. She provided wonderful hospitality, offered us drinks, and gave us excellent guidance and consultation about all the bag models. Thank you, Liliana 🙏🏻

  Extremely rude staff who did not acknowledge us at the cash register. When asking if we could pay at the register the woman was dismissive and continued to ignore us. Would recommend better customer interaction if you’d like repeat business.
