  extremely rude staff today my daughter went to go exchange a bag and the bag she wanted was cheaper than the bag. We originally bought. a worker in the morning lied to my daughter and told that The only way she can do an exchange was if she were to buy something of the same price or higher the lady only offered my daughter a scarf for the bag cut off the price tag immediately went to check out without telling her that it was going to be $145. i read over the policy Turns out that Policy doesn’t exist, and it doesn’t have to be the same price or higher when my daughter went back In the afternoonTo return the scarf They were extremely rude told her that she willingly bought the scarf herself And no one forced her to do it, but the lady told her the only way she could get the bag she wants is a she match the price or higher they were Being extremely disrespectful all because they got caught trying to scam my daughter Customer service is awful. The lady was so mad. She my daughter to tap the card threw the bag in my daughters face and walked away Thankfully, my daughter did get the money back, but all the lady had to say was so sorry that was a mistake. Let me fix that for you instead of arguing with her.

  Mi esposo acaba de salir de la tienda en aventura Mall que mal servicio se sintió humillado lo miraron feo, le hicieron malas caras y aun asi compró una cartera, me pregunto porque atender mal a un potencial cliente, ahhh claro la marca es la que vende porque si fuera por ellas no venden nada pero que desagradable que vas a gastar tu dinero y a cambio tienes un pésimo servicio y hago el comentario porque salio de alli a contarme su mala experiencia, mas nunca le pido que me compre algo de esta marca

  I wish I can give no star. It was the worst service ever. The lady was very disrespectful and how she asked me to give her the bag. I ended up telling her never mind I don’t even wanna buy it. I left the store. I will never go in the store again.

  I went in today twice to buy a bag and was not acknowledged. The first time, it was busy, so I figured the sales ladies were busy, and I would come back. The second time, it was nearly empty; another person was being helped by a lady and shown things, and I just stood there looking around, with no acknowledgment. After looking around to catch someone's eye, a saleslady looked at me and looked right back down at a display.
