  I went with my family to Armani Exchange and we meet George. He is a very good worker and helped us a lot. We were there for 2 hours and was keep on changing our minds but George was still nice and respectful.

  We bought a pullover and the very next day there was a hole. They would not refund us or offer a new one. The price is 170 $ so you expect good quality and good costumer service Very disappointed, just sad

  I am extremely dissatisfied options provided at the Aventura Mall location today. I visited the store to exchange a birthday gift and place an order for a turtleneck I had seen online. However, the salesperson informed me that they are unable to place online orders on behalf of customers. I then looked for alternative items in the store to exchange, but several pieces I liked were unavailable in my size. I understand that stock can be limited due to the current promotion. That said, when I requested a store credit so I could place the order online myself, I was told this was not possible because the original purchase was partially paid in cash. This left me with no real options. I was effectively pushed to purchase something in-store that I did not like, despite the brand offering a wide selection of items online. As a customer, this is incredibly frustrating. While I understand company policies, the lack of flexibility and support in this situation resulted in a very disappointing experience. I am now left with a store credit for a location that has extremely limited inventory, while many beautiful and suitable pieces are readily available online.
