  I had such a great experience with Carolina at the DC Tiffany & Co. location! She was so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She made the whole experience feel personal without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. She really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made the experience that much more special. If you’re shopping at this location, definitely ask for Carolina. She’s amazing!

  This is by far my favorite Tiffany & Co. location! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a wonderful, professional staff. Carolina helped me find the perfect wedding band, and after visiting several other stores, I can confidently say she was the most helpful and patient associate I worked with. Her professionalism and exceptional customer service truly set her apart. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never once made me feel rushed. If you're shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for Carolina. You won't be disappointed!

  I’ve always had a bad experience at this Tiffany and today was no different. This is the worst Tiffany I’ve ever been to. The customer service here is awful, and I will be going back to Chevy Chase where I purchased my ring to begin with. City Center wanted me to pay for the repair on this ring even though they have had to repair it 7 times since purchase. Ridiculous!

  Toni Cody at the City Center location is wonderful to work with! The store is beautiful and spacious with high ceilings. We highly recommend requesting Toni when shopping at Tiffanys!
