I recently visited this store and had a scheduled appointment. If you want the Pretty Woman Rodeo Drive shopping experience this is the place for you. I have never felt so disappointed or disrespected by employees anywhere. I have frequently shopped at Cherry Creek and have made purchases at Canada Goose, Gucci and many others. I inherited an original Tiffany diamond ring that I wanted to possibly change the setting. Marcus was not welcoming or accommodating at all. It’s not like we interrupted much other than the staff having a social gathering in the middle of the store. There were no other clients in the store but we obviously interrupted their conversation. The only option he gave me was to send it to NYC to have their service department look at it. I agreed to leave it but my receipt said 1 piece of jewelry- did not even describe it as a ring. He did not see any problem with this. I decided to go back and get my ring as I was very uncomfortable with his explanation and feared I’d never get my ring back. This ring was appraised and certified by a reputable appraiser and has original Tiffany inscription on the band. He treated us as if we were not being truthful about how we acquired the ring due to not having the original paperwork. Very disappointed and will never purchase another piece of Tiffany jewelry and will make sure everyone I know hears about our experience.

Keri was amazing! We walked in almost at closing, and she didn’t rush us. We felt welcomed and taken care of, and we definitely walked out with a ring—she made it happen!
I haven’t had such a rude and uncomfortable customer service experience in a very long time.
For management’s reference, I visited around 1:50 PM on Friday, August 7, and spoke with an older gentleman regarding wedding bands. From the moment we walked in, his attitude was incredibly unwelcoming. He rolled his eyes, appeared visibly annoyed, and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him simply by asking to see different options.
I was specifically looking for a more minimal wedding band at a lower price point because that is my personal preference. The moment I mentioned my budget, his demeanor became even worse. He came across as judgmental and dismissive, and his facial expressions made it very clear that he had no interest in helping us.
Shopping for a wedding band should be an exciting experience, regardless of someone’s budget or personal style. Instead, we left feeling judged and completely unwelcome.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location or this company. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service.

My experience was wonderful. Great selection at this location. Spent several thousand due to the exceptional hospitality.
