Her professionalism, exceptional knowledge of the brand, and genuine desire to help you find the right Van Cleef & Arpels made us smile with joy and solidify our respect and appreciation for the brand. It can be overwhelming to see so many selections, varieties, and price ranges on all the exceptional jewelry, but reality tells us we cannot have it all. This is why working with Jessica was helpful and pleasant. She describes the variations, the use case, and ultimately lets you decide which piece is right for you at that phase of your life. The decor, presentation, and lighting of VCA it’s unlike that of other luxury jewelers…it’s a magical and exceptional experience.

  Van Cleef & Arpels in San Francisco is an elegant boutique with beautifully presented jewelry and a refined atmosphere. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are impressive, especially in their iconic Alhambra collection. Everything feels luxurious and thoughtfully arranged. Worth visiting near Union Square if you appreciate fine jewelry and timeless design.

  I had an exceptional experience at Van Cleef & Arpels while selecting our wedding rings, thanks to Evan. I initially tried to book an appointment through the website, but the website was clunky and I was unable to schedule an appointment. Instead, I decided to walk in, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, Evan made us feel welcomed and truly valued. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel rushed. Choosing wedding rings is such a meaningful milestone, and Evan made the entire experience memorable and enjoyable. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care exceeded all of our expectations. Every question was answered thoughtfully, and his recommendations helped us find the perfect rings.   Weird vibes between the sales people on the floor. Limited inventory in store. Shopping in store feels like waste of time given prior appointment is needed.
