  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tommy. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to create a memorable experience.   Van Cleef & Arpels in San Francisco is an elegant boutique with beautifully presented jewelry and a refined atmosphere. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are impressive, especially in their iconic Alhambra collection. Everything feels luxurious and thoughtfully arranged. Worth visiting near Union Square if you appreciate fine jewelry and timeless design.

  I had an exceptional experience at Van Cleef & Arpels while selecting our wedding rings, thanks to Evan. I initially tried to book an appointment through the website, but the website was clunky and I was unable to schedule an appointment. Instead, I decided to walk in, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, Evan made us feel welcomed and truly valued. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel rushed. Choosing wedding rings is such a meaningful milestone, and Evan made the entire experience memorable and enjoyable. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care exceeded all of our expectations. Every question was answered thoughtfully, and his recommendations helped us find the perfect rings.   Weird vibes between the sales people on the floor. Limited inventory in store. Shopping in store feels like waste of time given prior appointment is needed.

  Me and my husband visited Van Cleef & Arpels in San Francisco for the first time and we had an incredible experience with Alice. Despite it being our first time in the boutique, we felt incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived for the appointment. Alice is exceptionally knowledgeable about the collections and displayed so much patience while helping us and answering our thousand questions regarding the jewelry, care and maintenance. She is very easy to talk to and made the entire process feel personal and seamless. We felt very well taken care of and highly recommend booking an appointment with her!
