We went today to American Eagle in Northridge Mall Salinas. I asked employee where are wide leg baggy jeans. She looked at me like I’m crazy. Like I’m asking for something impossible. Their website is full of wide leg baggy jeans. That’s what teens want to wear. Terrible customer service.

The customer service at this specific American Eagle is beyond awful. The ladies at this store are so rude and they do not acknowledge or greet you whatsoever. I’ve been there a few times to check out the merchandise and although it’s cute/casual I would not spend my money there. I will not be shopping there again. They really lack customer service skills. I now understand why it’s always so empty in there.

I love the clothes here and the cleanliness of the store but employees are kind of rude. They’re talking amongst each other, is there’s no one at the fitting room to assist in opening rooms, and the cashier was texting on her Apple Watch while ringing me up.
