  I was pleased with my purchase but my shopping experience was not good. Prior to making my purchase I asked about the imperial perfume which the sales associate “did not know.” Also I was not offered a drink. These may seem like minor things but they contribute to the overall quality of service.

  First time in Scottsdale. I’ve been to flagship boutiques all over the world. I know elite service when I see it. This store delivered. No wasted time. Efficient, confident, no fluff. Exactly how luxury should be done. Ask for Gavin and Tashima.

  We had an amazing experience at Bvlgari thanks to Gavin. He is incredibly knowledgeable and guided my family through everything with such expertise. Beyond that, he does a fantastic job managing the team. Everyone is so warm, welcoming, and attentive. They always make my family feel included and invite us to events, which makes every visit special. Gavin is genuinely kind and thoughtful, and Bvlgari is truly lucky to have him on their team!
