  Very poor experience. The seller kept me waiting for more than an hour and had a bad attitude throughout. Unprofessional and disappointing service.

  Horrible staff, and messy store. Everyone is rude and unprofessional. There are plenty other Chanel stores in Istanbul with much better service don't even bother coming here it's not worth it. It's giving overpriced Zara, and does not deserve its "luxury shopping" title. I wish I could give 0 stars.

  Very disappointing experience at the Chanel store today. I visited hoping to get some guidance about a bag, but Mr.Engin was extremely rude and dismissive. I understand that stores may have policies about authentication, but there is no reason to treat customers in such an unfriendly way. A luxury brand like Chanel should match its reputation with respectful customer service. Sadly, this visit did not reflect that at all.

  10.02.2025 tarihinde magazayi ziyaret ettim kapidan girip çikana kadar yaşadigim deneyim rezaletti. Ertesi gun bagdat caddesi chanel magazasindan istedigim urunu aldim bu magazada yaşadigim deneyim olmasi gerektigi gibiydi. Nişantasindaki çalişanlarin verdigi hizmet bu markayla örtüşmüyordu kesinlikle tazminatsiz kovulmayi hakeden bir ekip.
