Worst costumer services, don’t go to this branch!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Chanel boutique during the evening shift on Jun 12, 2026.
The cashier’s tone was unnecessarily loud and rude, making it one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I have ever had. As a long-time Chanel customer who has visited boutiques around the world, I was genuinely surprised by this level of unprofessionalism.
Because of this interaction, I chose to leave the store without purchasing the items I had intended to buy.
I hope management will address this matter and ensure that all staff members treat customers with the courtesy, respect, and professionalism expected from the Chanel brand. In my view, responsibility also lies with management for allowing such behavior to occur.

there is no other way to explain the experience in the store except as a humiliation ritual. they ask you to get an appointment in order to get serviced, when do do book one and come in on time. they make you wait while they service other customers (who are scheduled 30 mins prior to you). No other chanel store globally has this terrible service

المواعيد سيئه وحتى لما خذنا موعد الانتظار فضيع ولا في محاوله تلطيف جو والموظفين مزعجين يتكلمون مع بعض
Çalışanlar havaya girmiş sanki onlar mağazanın müşterisi. Paranın kimde olduğunu unutuyorlar ve kendileri sanki birşey sanıp gereksiz bir havaya giriyorlar. Finalde istediğim ürünü getirecek ve alıp gideceğim. Ama onlar bu görev tanımını unutmuşlar.
