  Salle familiale pour bébés, est horible, aucun distributeur à savon sur le mur pour se laver les mains, ni aucun accroche manteau derrière la porte, De plus il fait sombre à l'intérieur. Dommage on est en 2026 et aucune accommodation qui facilite la vie des mamans avec de jeunes bébés.

  I had a deeply distressing experience at the Tommy Hilfiger store in the Montreal Premium Outlets on April 4 at approximately 8:00 PM. From the moment my mother and I entered the store, we were subjected to uncomfortable and targeted profiling by a member of the management team (a tall man with grey hair). For 10 to 12 minutes, this manager stared at us incessantly, following our movements from a distance. When we began to browse the merchandise, he aggressively signaled a staff member to intercept us. While the staff member who approached us was polite, the manager’s behavior was blatantly hostile and made us feel unwelcome and harassed. I have been a loyal customer of Tommy Hilfiger, shopping at locations all over Canada for the last 12 years. To be treated with such suspicion and rudeness after over a decade of supporting the brand is deeply disappointing. Being stared at for over 10 minutes created an environment of intimidation, and the way he signaled his staff to "stop" us for simply touching merchandise was unnecessary and insulting. I expect much better from the leadership at the Montreal Premium Outlets location, and I hope the store takes the necessary steps to ensure no other loyal customers are treated this way. I will not be returning to this location.

  C’est vraiment très loin du centre-ville, et l’accès est difficile. Sans voiture, c’est presque impossible d’y aller. Le nombre de magasins est limité et il n’y a pas tant de choix. Même si c’est un outlet, les prix ne sont pas si bas que ça. Certains articles sont même très proches des prix en magasin régulier. Les options pour manger sont aussi très limitées, à part quelques endroits, il n’y a pas grand-chose. Comme c’est à ciel ouvert, quand il fait mauvais, ça devient vraiment difficile de se promener. Bref, ça ne valait pas le déplacement.
